IMPORTANT NOTICE:

It is illegal to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. You must ensure that no one other than yourself uses your account to purchase alcoholic beverages. At the time of delivery, a person aged 18 or above (who is required to produce proof of identity) must be present; otherwise, we will cancel the order and make separate arrangements to reschedule delivery.

GENERAL

In these Terms and Conditions, “Fine Wine”, “we” or “us” means Fine Wine Company; “Customer” or “you” means any individual, sole proprietorship, firm, company or organization placing an order with us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Use of this website or any part thereof constitutes your acceptance that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices, details and dimensions of products on the website are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without notice; all orders are subject to our acceptance in our sole discretion and availability. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that products displayed on the website are in stock. In the event of unavailability of any product, we reserve the right to offer a replacement product of similar value and style. All orders are subject to final confirmation of availability. If any product or service requested is unavailable, we reserve the right to decline the order.

REGISTRATION

You must register as a user before you can place an order through our website. In the course of registration: you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information; you must keep your username and password confidential; you authorize us to assume that anyone accessing the online store using your username and password is you or is authorized by you to act on your behalf; we reserve the right to decline a registration application from a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason. Accordingly, we ensure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Act of Macao.

PAYMENT

This website accepts specified credit cards, debit cards or other specified electronic payment methods. All product prices are stated in Macao Pataca (MOP). Prices listed on the online store may differ from those of the same products sold in our physical stores. The final price shall be the price listed on the online store on the day of purchase. Acceptance of an order is at our sole discretion. We will issue a final receipt to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided by you or when you collect the goods at our physical store, as the case may be. SUPPLY Supply Scope: We only supply products to end consumers. We do not sell products for resale. If we have reason to believe that you are not purchasing our products as an end user, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labour dispute, equipment failure or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise make available any of your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other third party without our prior written consent. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is construed as illegal or invalid, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations and agreements between the parties. We reserve the right to modify, change or supplement all or any of the provisions under these Terms and Conditions from time to time with prior notice to you. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final. If a Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided, the English version shall prevail. In case of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Macao Special Administrative Region. The Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macao. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If additional shipping charges apply, these will be listed separately for your confirmation before payment.

ORDER NOTIFICATION

Our online store only accepts orders within Macao. The delivery address must be the designated billing address, or customers may collect their orders at a designated physical store in Macao. Placing an order constitutes your agreement to purchase the products or services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm receipt of the order, but this does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline any order without giving any reason. If we are unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issues), we will notify you by telephone or email. If your order is accepted by us, we will confirm with you and inform you of the delivery date and time, or you may collect the goods at the designated physical store.

IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICE (COMING SOON)

When the goods you ordered are ready for collection at our physical store, we will notify you by email. When you collect the goods at the physical store, you or your authorized representative must present the email confirmation for identity verification. We may require you to provide further information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information in your account details). If we are unable to confirm that the person collecting the goods is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse to release the goods to protect your interests. If the store you selected is closed due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, you may collect the goods at the same store when it opens for business the next day.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Unless otherwise specified on this Terms and Conditions page, we do not accept any form of refund or return once the goods have been accepted and the delivery order signed. MISCELLANEOUS

All Terms and Conditions apply to the extent permitted by the laws of Macao Special Administrative Region. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.
