Remote islands, remote villages, rural areas, non-fixed addresses, restricted areas, hotel rooms, airports, ports, piers and warehouses;
Locations that are not accessible by elevator; and locations where there is no legal unloading area within 50 meters of the building where the delivery address is located.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unless otherwise stated on this terms and conditions page, we do not accept any form of refund or return once the goods have been accepted and the delivery note has been signed.
